Pauper Deathtouch Pingers.
Idea is pretty simple: get Ambush Viper, Deadly Recluse or Sedge Scorpion and equip Viridian Longbow to it. Your creature can now ping anyone for 1 damage and since it has deathtouch it will decisively kill most of the creatures it aims for.
To deal with indestructible creatures you need Sigil of Sleep on your pinger and just damage opponent instead to bounce his creature back to the hand.
For the hexproof there isn't really any answer other than preventing these creatures from entering the battlefield with Mana Leak and Essence Scatter.
Trinket Mage and Preordain are here to help you find Viridian Longbow.
Seeker of Skybreak and Cerulean Wisps are ways to untap your pinger and potentially kill two or more creatures in the same turn.
Also Cerulean Wisps can help if there happen to be a protection from green of some sort.
Our win condition is combination of Primal Huntbeast and Hunger of the Howlpack. You almost never want to play the second one without morbid effect, which isn't hard to get with so much removal potential. Of course you can always just ping your opponent to death instead.
Rest of the cards are there to help you protect your pingers and control the pace of the game.
