This is a very unique and seldom played commander. It's a combo deck, utilizing a control shell while attempting to assemble and abuse infinite landfall triggers.

There's also a bit of a wizard subtheme, which helps Azami, Lady of Scrolls .

Should be able to do very well in a high powered pod. Thanks for looking, suggestions welcome!

This deck is NOT easy to pilot. It takes knowledge of how the stack works, as well as an understanding of what cards to tutor for, and when. It's like playing with a bunch of puzzle pieces, and seeing how they all fit. You want to be looking for some kind of combo that will either generate infinite mana, or infinite landfall, or both!

The most important pieces to winning in this deck are Amulet of Vigor , Retreat to Coralhelm , Walking Atlas , the mana doublers such as Extraplanar Lens or High Tide , a cheap way to bounce your lands, ala Trade Routes , or Cloudstone Curio , and an outlet to actually secure the win, such as Altar of the Brood , Hedron Crab , or even funnier, shooting everyone else to death with Sunscorched Desert .

More standard and commonly run combos are also included below.

Storm Cauldron , being free land bounce, is also a powerful combo piece.

Thawing Glaciers Combo Show

Still on the fence about even running this combo. I think it may be too inefficient. The real issue is, Thawing Glaciers doesn't produce mana on it's own, so it's not only a dead card early, but it's taking up a non-land slot in the deck.

Will (likely) never be truely cEDH competitive, but perfect for 90% pods. Patron is simply too slow. Plus Moonfolk by themselves are kinda bad (which is why there is only 1...).

Decided against running Fetchlands, due to these points:

- The deck thinning is statistically irrelevant

- No Sensei's Divining Top or Brainstorm

- They make certain cards like Preordain worse

- The shuffle effect means little in this deck

- Weak to Blood Moon effects, and Aven Mindcensor

- Fueling the graveyard, such as for delve, does nothing in this build

The rest of the deck consists of counterspells, tutors, card draw, and ramp.

Feel free to cut Timetwister and make the budget much more reasonable!

Updates Add

I'm throwing in Narset's Reversal, and I finally got a copy of Copy Artifact.

Cuts are always tough. Sleight of Hand seems fine to remove.

Slotting in Copy Artifact is harder. I believe my weakest card is Sapphire Medallion. I have a lot of spells that are double blue, and a lot of artifacts. Plus it doesn't generate mana on it's own anyway.
