Oh yes that's right, if you were ever wondering why Patrick always wins "Eels and Escalators", here's the answer. Patrick knows exactly what he's rolling, and when he's going to roll it, and he can control the outcome of any situation. Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you the best deck in standard. Totally budget, totally fun, and chock full of flavor.

We all know about our all powerful lord and savior the Sigiled Starfish, but did we know how good he really was? Not until now we didn't!

Because of the almighty scry-ability that our almighty deity provides, we are able to pull off some pretty crazy combos in this deck and use some absolutely awesome cards. For example:

Simic Manipulator + Agoraphobia + Riptide Chimera = Get a free Creature from your opponent, and then do it again!

This deck is totally budget and easy to make rotation friendly. Any comments on how to make this deck more fun are greatly appreciated, as are upvotes! Now go. Go spread the word of the almighty Sigiled Deity!
