My take on Elsha. Tried to be budget friendly since I just don't have most of the extremely effective artifacts usually run in an artifact storm build. This deck is still reasonably strong and can put out some very explosive turns. Might have focused a bit too much on Elsha's ability to storm off the top, the deck seems to lack card draw at times. Currently needs more ways to deal with beaters.
