This deck is on a budget, but still needs refining to make work. All feedback is accepted!

The price of some of the cards has gone up and i was hoping to keep it under $150. I need help figuring out what i can replace to both make it work better and make it cheaper.

Theme/Gimmicks:

Flash: Play most cards on any turn.

Ping: Do 1 damage at a time, enough times to win.

Make yourself not worth being a target in a multiplayer game and buildup to win. how you do that is to make yourself non threatening, but when someone becomes curious, make sure they never want to target you again.

This deck is inspired by Beebles's Niv-Mizzet, Passive Ping-Win deck
