Sideboard consists of cards I own and am considering. Maybebord is cards I don't own and am considering.

This deck has multiple win conditions, from semi-storming with copied banefire/fireball/comet storm to a semi-recurrable curiosity loop using rituals, Quicken and Memory to recycle hand into deck at instant speed, or a Dramatic Scepter infinite mana/spellcast/storm count combo to win with or without Niv on the field.

Not looking for cEDH level optimization, just a fun deck that doesn't always do the same things each game and can occasionally blow up and win or take out a few players. Ral, Radiate, and Stitch in Time are in as some favorite Izzet nonsense cards.
