This deck is supposed to be my 'main EDH 1v1', however, it works pretty good on multiplayer, and gets disgusting/focused really easily for its lifetaking powerhouse

Ever since i saw these partners i wanted to build a deck around them, it's just too good of a flavor, tanky green boi comes and take the aggro while the sneaky shadow assassin go through and just cut a throat.

Having a Partners EDH gives you a very important advantage; instead of having one card to use over and over, you have two, giving you a little more options to play around as the game goes on.

The main focus is to have Virtus come quickly into play to deal the most damage, since it packs a huge punch, specially in the first attack. Currently there are ways of having Virtus the Veiled tapped and attacking turn two, here they are:

  1. Turn one: Swamp, Dark Ritual , Virtus the Veiled , pass, hope they don't remove him instantly. Turn two: Attack, and watch gladly as the opponent with 19 life says "This is so unfair"

  2. Turn one: Swamp, Sol Ring , Swiftfoot Boots , pass. Turn two: Forest/Swamp, tap Sol ring and a Swamp, Virtus the Veiled , equip Swiftfoot Boots , strike. Watch as the opponent say: "This is even more unfair, now i can't even target him, cmon!" (Same could be done with Berserker's Greaves for one less mana, even.)

However, the odds of having these in your initial hand are very low, so, the rest of the deck are creative ways to ramp, set-up an even more powerful strike with different equipments and creatures, and ways to punish the opponent if they start getting the upper hand.

Even in the worst case scenario, EDH is a quite slow paced playstyle, it's likely that by turn four, your opponent will still be building up his/her board and you can try and sneak in an effortless 21 life lead.

However, it's a pretty weird deck. Some things have great synergy, some things don't, it's sort of a bulk deck with a bunch of proxies and i'm ashamed of it.
