This is my monoblue deck. It's quite simple: all creatures are evasive, keep hitting and use control to cover your back.

Removed three Curiosity and one Mana Leak to open slots for 4 Sea-Dasher Octopus; the ideia is to have an effect similar to Curiosity but increasing the creature count, so the Octopus might work as a blocker or something in a pinch.

As we're now working with Mutate, Invisible Stalker becomes a little awkward, so I replaced it with a playset of Hypnotic Siren. The Siren is not unblockable, but does have flying wich is close enought, and can act as a late game threat with its Bestow ability. I am a little sad to see Stalker go, but I can still rock it in my Rogue tribal deck.
