This is a Commander version of Niv which sounds better than it is. The issue with the new Niv Mizzet is that it cannot attain the real push from the 1 damage per card drawn. Accordingly, the real plan is to win is through the card draw by finding the winning pieces and so this deck will need to be adjusted for your meta. For me it is the card draw to ping and then aggro out.
