Budget ( < $40 ) black red vampires.

This is kind of a weird deck, it's focused around a couple of things.

MADNESS
Falkenrath Gorger gives madness to all your vampire creatures.
Once Falkenrath Gorger is in play vampire cards discarded by Mask of Memory or Skeleton Key can then be played for their mana cost.
The only card that actually has madness in it's description is Stensia Masquerade.
That said, even when Falkenrath Gorger is not in play it's usually still a good idea to draw cards through the equipments.

LIFELINK & DEATHTOUCH
Vampire of the Dire Moon, Gifted Aetherborn and Vampire Nighthawk all have lifelink and deathtouch.
These are the creatures you want to put the equipments on like Mask of Memory.

FIRST STRIKE
Stromkirk Captain, Vampiric Fury and Stensia Masquerade (although conditionally) all give your creatures first strike.
Opponents usually do not want to block a creature which has first strike and deathtouch unless it has indestructible.
You usually want to equip creatures with first strike with Skeleton Key.

TRAGIC SLIP
Destroy indestructible creatures with Tragic Slip.

Easy win.
