I haven't seen many decks that use Padeem, Consul of Innovation, so I thought I'd give him a try.

The deck focuses on two basic win cons: 1) Beat the crap out of your opponent with buffed, scary artifacts or 2) be a sneaky cheat and slap Mechanized Production on either Clue or thopter tokens.

Neurok Stealthsuit or Lightning Greaves protects Padeem, and with things like Inventors' Fair, Whir of Invention, and Planar Bridge, it's not difficult to fetch it or any other artifact you need.

Master Transmuter works with Ornithopter or Memnite to get big creatures out for nothing. It also synergizes with Geistcatcher's Rig or Solemn Simulacrum.

Mycosynth Golem also speeds the deck, and Akroma's Memorial paired with Master of Etherium and Chief of the Foundry makes for neigh unstoppable aggro.
