The aim is to get out a no max hand size card through tutoring or drawing, then tutor for Mind Unbound with Tamiyo's Journal. Draw a lot of cards and have a Thopter & Co blanket you from attacks, then play some finishers once you ramp up to 7-12 mana. Most of the cards in the deck are to augment The Plan (sounds religious). Want more detail? Read on.

You'll want either a mana rock or an acceleration artifact in your opening hand, and preferably a tutor as well. First you want to tutor for Tamiyo's Journal and start getting clues, all the while using tutors and ramp to get lands and mana rocks. Once you get to 3 clues, sacrifice them to get either a no max hand size card or Mind Unbound. If you start with Expedition Map, use it to search for Reliquary Tower and focus on bringing out Mind Unbound. My favourite play is to get lots of thopters out and Blinkmoth Urn. Then I can do whatever the hell I want with my mana. A useful combo is Thopter Spy Network and Skullclamp, as you can immediately clamp your thopters to essentially draw an extra 2 cards each turn. Ultimately, the aim of the deck is to get your big finishers out and to have most of your deck in your hand. If your playgroup runs artifact hate or board wipes, you might want to consider including the sideboard, which are cards that shuffle your graveyard into your library and counterspells.
