The budget of the deck is $300

This is a blue moon control shell with a twist.

So my idea is; Blue Moon is a great deck. But it plays extremely slow. So why not add a known WinCon to it to speed things up. I chose the Hive Mind/Any Pact card combo as it is (technically because the pact cards cost nothing) a blue WinCon. The deck works pretty well but there are definitely some problems with it that I can't figure out. Also, I don't know if Grixis (U/B/R) was the right color choice.
