Oviya seemed like an interesting commander to build, so I wanted to give this a shot.

The deck has a few ways of winning:

1. The easiest to execute is to make a bunch of tokens, then using one of our overrun effects to take out opponents.

2. The second is an infinite mana combo using Ashnod's Altar.

To execute the combo you need Foundry Inspector, Ashnod's Altar, Myr Retriever, Workshop Assistant, and Walking Ballista.

Stepping through the combo:

1. Inspector, Altar, retriever and workshop assistant on the battlefield. Ballista in hand.

2. Sacrifice Myr Retriever to Altar, 2 colorless mana floating

3. Sacrifice Workshop Assistant to Altar, using the death trigger to retrieve Myr Retriever from the graveyard, 4 colorless mana floating

4. Play Retriever for 1 mana, 3 mana floating

5. Sacrifice Retriever to Ashnod's Alter, using the death trigger to retrieve Workshop Assistant from the graveyard, 5 mana floating

6. Cast Workshop Assistant for 2 mana, 3 mana floating

7. Repeat these steps until you have an arbitrarily large amount of mana. Cast an arbitrarily large Walking Ballista. Win the Game.

At this point the deck can be taken in one of two directions. Keep it a mid-powered token generator, or go all in on the combo.

Considering adding Crucible of Worlds to the deck. It can be fetched with Inventor's Fair, and can be used another draw engine by replaying Inventor's Fair.

Mostly looking to cut lands for artifact mana, and add some removal and board clear.
