Are you sure you prefer Fervor over Hellraiser Goblin ? Having 2 Fervor on the field does you no good.

having card:Devil's Play could be nice after a charge of Battle Hymn for those mean mill decks

I am making a similar deck (very similar) you can check it out Goblins Standard Works!!!. One thing I would add is 1 or 2 Moonveil Dragon . I splashed white, but this looks just as solid.

Take out Goblin Rally and add one more Krenko's Command. Goblin Rally has a high mana cost and you will be using it only by turn 5. If you play correctly, in turn 5 the enemy should be defeated, so you will not need it. Also, two Krenko's Command is better than one Goblin Rally cause it is less atractive for a cancel ou other counter-magic.

Also, in goblin decks you need more creatures. The aim is to defeat the player by turn 5. After that the chances of win decrease as the other player will have mana for more powerful spells.

I would add a 4x Goblin Arsonist and some Dynacharge . With a little luck you can stomp the opponent's life point in the 4th turn.

You need instant-speed burn, like Searing Spear.
