What's black, white and red all over? A very aggressive penguin.

The aim of the game is simply to beatdown your opponent.

The dudes:

Bloodsoaked Champion: This 2/1 for one is incredibly powerful and resilient, able to survive through End Hostilities, Bile Blight and others. And you'll almost always be able to activate its raid ability after your combat step.

Chief of the Edge : Brilliant card, pumping up almost every creature in the deck. +1/+0 to everything is very relevant to an aggro deck, which is why the Chief very much deserves a place in here.

Seeker of the Way: Good two-drop, which can buff itself up, but then is also pumped up by Chief of the Edge and Chief of the Scale , which heals us, giving us more of a chance of winning the game.

Chief of the Scale : He has our backs, which is essential for protection; also, 2/3 for two is quite some bang for your buck!

Goblin Rabblemaster: So good and such an aggressive little guy, producing Goblin tokens every turn, then potentially getting bigger after every combat. Awesomesauce!

Butcher of the Horde: At the top of our curve, this brute, although not a Warrior, can finish off, by sacrificing our guys and tokens to appease him. What's more, we get more bang for our buck, as he's attacking for five damage on turn four, the turn we play him!

The reinforcements:

Mardu Ascendancy: We get a free Goblin token for each attacking nontoken creature, which pushes for more damage. Synergy between Ascendancy and Goblin Rabblemaster for extra points! And we can evade a Bile Blight, an Ulcerate , or a Drown in Sorrow as well!

Mardu Charm : I miss Boros Charm, so what better way than to reminisce via Mardu Charm ? Excellent utility, killing off something like a Courser of Kruphix, pooping out tokens which are pumped by Chief of the Edge , or even seeking out a game-breaking spell to discard. (I know what you were thinking, and you nearly had me, you naughty BLEEP!)

Hero's Downfall: Solid, hard removal. Does an absolutely great job against opposing threats.

Stoke the Flames : I personally despise Stormbreath Dragon and other similar game-finishers, so this spell can prevent that from happening.

Sorin, Solemn Visitor: Sorin Markov has travelled to Tarkir to observe and even aid the Mardu Horde, with his vampire tokens, and the healing rallies he gives as a +1 ability. The ult is also quite relevant, but he is used for the life-giving boost every turn. Me likey.

Feat of Resistance : As turnyouover mentioned, the deck seemed pretty weak to some burn spells and others, so I've added this for the protection. (Use protection, kids!)

The sideboard:

Athreos, God of Passage: For when removal spells become a bit too much in quantity. Synergy with Butcher of the Horde too.

Banishing Light/Utter End: To dispose of any permanents that vex us, like Keranos, God of Storms, or Elspeth, Sun's Champion .

Crackling Doom: Mean for when we have a big creature a-comin' our way, with an added bonus.

Despise : Gets rid of any potential threats that could turn the tables for the adversary.

Revoke Existence : For when we have an opposing Nylea, or Purphoros, or Whip, or even Scuttling Doom Engine.

Possible additions:

Herald of Anafenza : 1/2 for one which can buff itself up and produce Warrior tokens, which is pretty essential in the late game.

Zurgo Helmsmasher: 7 power for five mana could well be vital for some games, also considering he gets buffed up and temporarily indomitable.

Iroas, God of Victory: Harder combat phases, and good damage prevention.

Brimaz, King of Oreskos: One man army, although I'm not sure if he has a place.
