The year is 2034. The world we knew is now a ruin.... Society, governments, the rule of law, all taken by the COVID 19-Virus. The lucky few who survived, traveled South to Antarctica. They remained in subterranean research stations until pathogen levels in the air dropped to acceptable levels. In the time since "The Re-emergence," they have learned to adapt to their frigid new home, though much has changed in humanities absence. Rumors have been circulating among the settlers of strange creatures lurking beyond the safety of the settlements and beneath the frozen ice sheets. The validity of these claims remains unclear, as isolation tends to cause hallucinations and the Snow has a way of making ones eyes play tricks on them...
