Main idea of the deck: Use Brago, King Eternal to blink "When enters the battlefield" cards, have fun screwing with people.

Issue: Brago, King Eternal may be blocked by a flying creature.
Direct Solution: Aqueous Form Cloak of Mists Protective Bubble Traveler's Cloak Tricks of the Trade Unquestioned Authority Whispersilk Cloak
Indirect solution: Use any of the cards that return cards to owners hand as soon as you see it come out, tap it before it blocks, or exile/chain it down. Faith's Fetters

"When enters the battlefield" cards of note:
Angel of Serenity (Brago attacks enough that this is basically a put into hand effect, but the "may and/or" language makes this card extremely versatile - you can even take cards out of your own graveyard and put them in your hand)

Suture Priest Ever thought this card couldn't be any more obnoxious than it is? Well, you were wrong. (This is also synergizes with the "return to hand effects", not just the repeated exiles.)
Wingmate Roc Raid applies every turn that it blinks, since Brago has to have attacked for it to blink.
Act of Authority Someone on r/badmtgcombos was pretty hyped when they figured out a way to blink it with Cloudstone Curio. Well, this deck does the same thing - except a bit more reliably. I would throw in Enchanted Evening, but it doesn't really scale with anything else.

Side note: each time an enchantment enters the battlefield, you CAN choose a new target. So if they have a more eligible target, do that.

If you're wondering, I ran the cart optimizer 3/30 (today) and got $59 for the deck.
