A commander deck based upon the commander's inspired power and the ability to tap and untap him as many times as possible. It has a lot of forcing other people to choose to sacrifice and exiling cards. Themes of misery and despair. Needs more within it to make it viable, needs more creatures to help crew the ships but needs vehicles to continue to tap Macar at optimal rates, or needs other ways to tap Macar.

Should find good protective options for Macar.
