Orzhova extort, life leech, life gain deck.

Goal: Avoid combat as much as possible, then slowly drain the life out of the enemy.

Concerns: Main issue is the likelihood of being overrun. Also of concern is the lack of combat power of the creatures in the deck. The amount of "Extort" may be unreasonable.

The few cards included that are not budget options I already own.
