I needed some removal that exiles to fight against gods and stuff, and I think Cast Out fills that role the best. Since I already had Cast Out in my sideboard 3 times I had to cut one, so filled that slot with Doomfall which can help against Carnage Tyrant and stuff. Also I swapped Live Fast with Painful Lesson since I didn't use the energy anyway and Painful Lesson can also target you opponent (if you need the last 2 damage for some reason).
