This is my attempt at an Orzhov enchantment lock build, similar to my build Dimir Seizure (Twiddle n' Twitch) and Discord_Boi's Stop Hitting Yourself, focusing entirely on creature locking vs creature and land locking.

Three colors is hard in pauper otherwise I'd have it be Esper.

Binding Agony, Seizures, Insubordination, Ragged Veins.
