yeah i was thinking of that or having Immortal Servitude . although it seems expensive, the most i would need is 3 and it would be pretty funny post board wipe
Mark this as control, because it was able to keep a lot of my deck's creatures and spells at bay. +1 from me.
Maybe a ghost council, but that might not fit in the agro theme; in any case its a staple for most Orzhov decks and something to consider...
right now its hard to decide what to take out. i want an extra land ad maybe even obzedat or blood baron. both are really have hitters i standard right now. i thinnk it would be Obzedat, Ghost Council vs Immortal Servitude and Blood Baron of Vizkopa vs Gift of Orzhova and Cavalry Pegasus .and maybe some stuff out of my sideboards and keep the fiendslayers there. becuse they dont do a whole lot in some matches
could always -1 Swamp
and -1 Plains
and do +2 Mutavault
just an idea. could help with the whole human thing and be another land for you to have.
Have relatively the same idea with my deck Necromancer Aristocrat, but I am in the midst of tweaking mine around a bit more to get it the way I just want it...
Mutavault could put me in some mana situations if i still want to have obzedat and Cartel Aristocrat , Hero's Downfall and Spear of Heliod . although i was thinking Underworld Connections or some kind of engine to keep the tempo of this deck high.
Underworld Connections would be good as far as the card draw and helping you with a hand advantage in some cases. Only thing I don't like about it is the 3cmc. So come turn 3 it would leave you with a choice between playing that, a creature, sorcery, or saving the mana for an instant. Play around with it a bit and see how it feels to you is really all you can do. If you like the way it plays go with it.
heres what im thinking so far...main board:
+4 Pain Seer +2 Gods Willing -4 Cartel Aristocrat -2 Sin Collector +2 Whip of Erebos sideboard:
+1 Cavalry Pegasus +1 Doom Blade -2 Celestial Flare -2 Profit / Loss +2 Sin Collector
Not a huge fan of Immortal Servitude here since your creature curve is pretty balanced (not like that's a bad thing) so I doubt it will ever consistently get more than a couple guys back. You could put in Gods Willing or Brave the Elements to keep those guys from going to the graveyard to begin with. The former would help trigger Inspired for Pain Seer as well since you could attack without worrying about losing him and both would help Precinct Captain hit home.
Also, instead of the Whip, you might consider Path of Bravery for another mass pump that also gains some life, since nothing here besides the one Obzedat is a good Whip target.
I am just curious, has this deck been updated with Born of the gods and Journey into nyx or not yet?
