This deck is very fun to pilot, scales well, and can swing or win games out of nowhere.

Area bombers like Oros, the Avenger , Crypt Rats, Thrashing Wumpus , Pestilence Demon, Warmonger , and Ashling the Pilgrim all serve to prune the board of pesky creatures. Coupling these sources of untargetted mass damage with lifelink/deathtouch effects makes this deck highly scalable for multiplayer games as well as a bane of token-based strategies. Additionally, the scalable life gains often work to put us ahead of our opponents on life totals, something that becomes highly useful for the alternative win conditions described below.

Defensive creatures like Boros Reckoner, Spitemare, Mogg Maniac, and Stuffy Doll serve as rattlesnakes to keep our opponents from attacking us. These also provide us options for quick wins with Fire Covenant or Volcano Hellion if we're ahead on life against a single opponent, or, if the boardstate favours it, instant wins with Blasphemous Act or Chain Reaction. Of course, Stuffy Doll and Guilty Conscience also provide an easy out on their own and each of them is very tutorable in this build.

Another piece of tech in this deck is Pariah, which can turn a looming defeat into instant victory: sacrifice/destroy Academy Rector in response to lethal damage to tutor Pariah into play enchanting Stuffy Doll, Boros Reckoner, Spitemare, or Mogg Maniac. Besides this, having Pariah in play on a creature (ours or even theirs) works as a wonderful lightning rod for Mana Crypt - why worry about the upkeep coin flip when you can make your opponents worry about it instead?

Heartless Hidetsugu and Gisela, Blade of Goldnight supplement the overall strategies well, although it should be mentioned that Gisela works as a non-bo with Stuffy Doll and its pals.

All in all, loads of synergistic fun, while still an ongoing work in progress.
