Orim, Samite Healer is my absolute favorite character from the Weatherlight Saga but unfortunatly her card fails to represent how amazing she is (not as revolting as Gerrard Capashen , but still...). As I continued to build EDH decks over the years I constantly came back to Orim's card and finally decided to make a deck that, if not competitive, is at least the best it could be.

It's a pillowfort/lifegain deck (its in theme with Orim, and a solid strategy in monowhite). This deck aims to add layer after layer of protections, to the point that it becames invulnerable. in it's brief time of existence it stopped swarms of tokens and attacks that would normally one-shot people without much difficulty. The key to win is not look threatening. When your opponents notice that they cannot touch you, it's too late.

Wincons are Gideon, Champion of Justice, Felidar Sovereign and Test of Endurance. In a pitch, Darien, King of Kjeldor can assemble an army alone.

What I found lacking in the deck is the Lifegain. The Pillowfort/Stax keep us alive, but there are few cards (only 3) in there that make Orim gain life. Suggestions on what to cut and which cards add to the lifegain would be GREATLY appreciated
