Need a Dimir deck. Ninjas are Dimir. That is all.

At work we are doing a Guild wars again. I wanted to do a tribe war, so my guild has a tribe: Ninjas!

Flavor skewed towards ninjas and their ways. Want to keep it cheap as well.

Suggestions should keep the flavor and budget in mind. Although I could spend a few bucks if the card is worth it in the deck. Also suggestion for the sideboard are welcome. What kind of holes should be filled by the sideboard? Bad matchups and how to compensate.

This deck killed out the other contenders for the guild wars. It is quite fun and flexible. Play some evasives for cheap, swap them with ninjas for profit. Keep the pressure and disrupt the opponent's plan.
