I like the idea. I play tested this against my Mono-Black Infect deck. 2-0 my deck but I'm sure with more play your deck could win fairly often.

Mimic Vat copying any of your non-eldrazi creatures is incredibly profitable. I'd suggest a couple of card:Explorer's Scopes for that extra ramp push.

With all of the mass removal I think you're missing spot control. I would substitute 4x Journey to Nowhere for 2x Condemn and 2x Day of Judgment . Those few spells would allow you to disrupt an opponent's flow and buy you time.

only problem with Journey to Nowhere is that i run All Is Dust , and to this point i havent had much trouble with removing creatures, only planeswalkers. Wish i had Pithing Needle back. AiD and ulamog are the only way i really remove planeswalkers besides cartographer/pilgrim's eye beatdown.

I'm using Liquimetal Coating with artifact removal as a primary means of removal in my Mono-Green Elves. Once a planeswalker becomes an artifact I destroy it with Naturalize ; white would run Revoke Existence , Divine Offering and/or Solemn Offering . It's a pretty solid way of giving any color spot removal of any permanents and I've found it to be effective.

Planeswalkers aren't a major concern to me and to divert that much cards would slow me down way too much.

Why not use Phyrexian Revoker against Planeswalkers?? It has the Pithing Needle ability AND you don't have to sac it to AIDS.

got my hands on a few karns gonna try him. Added more artifact hate to the sideboard.and im up to 34-20-3. So the decks still going strong. It does match up well with caw-blade im about 50-50 against it.

So i just updated the list I've been running. I've won 4 out of the 7 tournments that ive been to( the others were 2 3rds and a 4th).

Mimic VatMTG Card: Mimic Vat seems good, maybe some sideboard work is needed to contend in the meta, need ways to break combo decks and rdw is mean in modern, but often has the same problem as in standard of losing steam fast. maybe some Survival CacheMTG Card: Survival Caches would help stay above it (and draw 1-2 cards), but that does not combo well with CondemnMTG Card: Condemn. breaking combo decks will be important melira combos, storm/grapeshot, marty sans (I think that is what the infinite life white decks are called), and a few others dominate the modern meta from the looks of it. there are apparently some control decks and U/W tron, riot devils/Kurd ape "zoo," mortar pod, rwu delver, which sums up what I have seen/heard of. I really only have foggy ideas on how to counter those decks, but spot removal helps as well as discard spells to break the combos.

I haven't played this deck in a while so I haven't changed anything besides the Solemn SimulacrumMTG Card: Solemn Simulacrum's used to be Kor CartographerMTG Card: Kor Cartographer's. I might however sleeve it back up soon when modern gets bigger where i play.
