Oona, Queen of Lorwyn's faeries, is here to do three things: play faeries, control your opponents, and hold royally sanctioned public executions via mill. This deck is very control heavy. It wants to be consistently able to leave up mana on opponents' turns for countermagic, flash creatures, and other shenanigans. I tried looking for some more eldrazi processors to work with Oona's exile ability, but the only one that worked well was Ulamog's Nullifier . Please enjoy the mill pipe-dream that is this deck.
