Caged Sun + Crypt Ghast + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth This combo is hilarious when you can play other players' lands from exile!

Burnished Hart + Illusionist's Bracers

Simple Tricks:

I have kicked Sadistic Sacrament exiled 13 lands and two key cards to their deck and then cast Trey Songs next turn to steal their lands and "ramp" out 13 lands.

Oblivion Sower + Peel from Reality

Nightveil Specter to play their lands.

Evolving Wilds + Hedron Crab or any land that allows for a double land drop.

You could even use Ghost Quarter on yourself to mill an extra 3 if needed.

Archive Trap + Ghost Quarter

Eat their entire board with Deadeye Navigator + Phyrexian Ingester .
