Hello everyone! before we get into the description and before you all start placing youre card suggestions i would like to state that yes, i know there are a bunch of ways blue and colorless cards can make infinite mana, and that if i ever make infinite mana i can win instantly, BUUUUUUTT i would like to stay away from that because i already have 2 or 3 commander decks that are big on going infinite or finding really strong combos. with that being said LETS GET DESCRIPTIVE!

the first thing i would like to mention is that even though i want to stay away from infinite combos, i do feel like every deck should run one or two. the reason being is that some games you just either get focused down, or have bad draws, or maybe the other guys are playing control/doing well. having the chance to draw into a combo and resolving it will probably win you the game no matter how far behind you are. the combos i have in this deck are as follows:

Basalt Monolith + Power Artifact, Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth

there are ways to search for artifacts in the deck so as long as you find one of the pieces you can normally search for the other one. another card you could add in to make a combo is Karn, Silver Golem. he is a good card and can be considered being put into this deck. if you add karn you can use Basalt Monolith + Karn, Silver Golem's ability to turn the monolith into a creature then that turns on Training Grounds allowing basalt monolith to go infinite colorless mana.

there are also a good amount of other synergies that are in this deck that are not necessarily infinite. some of these include Oona, Queen of the Fae + Ashnod's Altar and if you have Training Grounds on the field you can start doing some crazy things! you use 1 blue or black mana to start the mill process, and as long as you can guess right to 1 card you now can sac the fairy made from oona to ashnods altar gaining 2 mana. from there you use the 2 floating mana plus one blue or black to now mill for 4 since you have training grounds. each time you do this you should get more and more milling, gaining you more and more fairies to sac, which means more and more mana! this will go on each turn until the final mill where you keep youre fairies till next turn! one that can be infinite but may not be is Thopter Assembly + Time Sieve producing many more turns!

other strong cards in the deck that have great synergies with oona include : Secluded Glen, Skullclamp, Rings of Brighthearth, Dire Undercurrents (you get both triggers via oona], Thieving Sprite, Spellstutter Sprite, Scion of Oona, Oona's Blackguard, Mistbind Clique and Glen Elendra Liege. if you have any questions about how any of these cards work, feel free to leave a comment!

the controlling aspect of the deck! so with this deck i chose to go with the route of using stax to my advantage since oona can make things for me to sac! the ones that i found and think would be good include Smokestack, Call to the Grave, Dictate of Erebos (which is doubly good if you have any other stax out), Sheoldred, Whispering One and Sunken Hope.

other control besides stax effects is also needed. i have chosen to use Cyclonic Rift, Evacuation, Tragic Slip (for those pesky indestructibles, Sadistic Sacrament (preemptive control), Mutilate, Life's Finale, Nevinyrral's Disk, Mana Web (lockout), Avatar of Woe, royal assasin, Sower of Temptation, Propaganda and Dire Undercurrents!

other cards that not only control in a way but make your board state stronger include Rise of the Dark Realms, Mind Grind, Bribery, Geth, Lord of the Vault, and Sepulchral Primordial!

basically what the goal of the deck is, is to tax your opponents out of the game since all the creature tax doesnt effect you as long as you have your fairies made by Oona, Queen of the Fae and then control them and mill your way to victory!

p.s. on good thing about oona that i forgot to mention earlier is that her ability exiles which is very very strong compared to regular mill!

ALL CARD SUGGESTIONS WELCOME! TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM SUGGESTING MORE INFINITE MANA COMBOS, CUZ TRUST ME I KNOW A LOT OF THEM (trying to make the deck a little less combo'y and more fun). ALL +1'S WELCOME ;) LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK!

P.S.S, i want to add in Mycosynth Lattice to make is so that Time Sieve can use oonas fairies, but do you guys think that would make the deck to op and take away to much fun from others? also what would you take out for it? Other honorable mentions Herald of Leshrac, Butcher of Malakir, Magus of the Abyss and Sphere of Resistance. If you want to suggest an inclusion of one or more of these cards let me know what you would take out! Cuz i can only use 99 and i dont know!
