This deck is built around the new Battlebond pair commanders Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom and Okaun, Eye of Chaos. It is meant to be a chaos / gambling deck, where everything is random and doesn't allow the table to make plans because of the wild swings. It is preferable to play this in a Planechase Commander game, for even more of a casino feel!
