Oddball budget merfolk/vehicle tribal deck focusing on tapping and untapping as many creatures as often as possible, mainly by crewing ships but also via other cards like Sky Hussar and Augusta, Dean of Order  .

Important merfolk cards are Judge of Currents + Stonybrook Schoolmaster giving you more and more tokens to tap thereby giving you more and more life. Wake Thrasher can also quickly become extremely big for a 3-cost utilizing both your lands and your tokens and everything else.

Harpoon Sniper will kill attackers, and Daring Thief will steal the best your opponents has to offer, while handing them your most insignicant merfolk in return.

Any and all help and advice is more than welcome, but keep in mind (1) that I'm keeping this as budget as possible, and (2) that I'm doing what I can to stay on theme, meaning that I'm sticking as much as possible to merfolk and ship-themed vehicles.
