Originally Selenia, found it needed a biiit too much work to do multiple extort triggers, so I'm trying out Kambal for the time being. Current build, considered cards in the maybeboard, will be making improvements and upgrades over time.

This is very much meant for battlecruiser tables, and as such, I'd probably slot in Exquisite Blood, but no other combo piece, and either keep it to one table-wiping Exsanguinate style effect, or else limit my tutors (have v few to none right now).

This deck's come a pretty long way from when I first started two-three years ago, and I'm pretty content for this to be my 'pile of cash' deck. It's not really gonna be a CEDH Deck, and I like maintaining it at a solid 6-7 for powerlevel (Control vs battlecruiser style decks, 1 3 piece explicit combo, some tutors, a fair amount of hate pieces and 'fair magic' enforcers.

One of the things which I may do is just maintain a sideboard in the same sleeves for just fun stuff or other permutations of the deck. A much more creature combat/extort focused build.

2.8.20 -Removed Anguished Unmaking, Strip Mine, Exotic Orchard, Cursed Totem -Added Plains, Grasp of Fate, Caves of Koilos, Vito Anguished Unmaking was always pretty cool as a disruption piece which could break up recursion combos, but this deck has always operated as more of a tapout style deck. 1 for 1 removal isn't super great either in commander, so I'm more than happy to try out something which gets rid of something for each opponent. This is part of the reason why I had slotted in Dismantling Wave as well recently. The manabase changes were to add more consistent colors (An old version of this deck had a Crucible package). Exotic Orchard just isn't good in a two color deck most of the time. Cursed totem is out as I already have Linvala, and with the addition of Speaker and Vito now actually have a few activated abilities I might want to threaten.
