I drafted Zur the Enchanter over ten years ago - I knew he was a powerhouse, but I never could find a niche for him in a modern or standard deck. Then I discovered EDH and finally knew Zur's place: at the helm of a toolbox full of ways to piss off other players. An astonishingly efficient tactic is to simply pacify an enemy commander as many decks have no response to what amounts to a simple shutdown (which is why I have multiple ersatz versions to potentially lock up multiplayer).

The "One-Punch" element of this deck comes from a combo I discovered practically by accident. If Zur attacks while Sovereigns of Lost Alara is on the field, Zur can fetch himself Battle Mastery and the Sovereigns can grab Eldrazi Conscription, blasting the opponent to giblets from full health with over twenty points of commander damage during one combat phase. As a side-note I would love to see an alter of Zur to make him look like Saitama to emphasize the theme.

Some elements are here specifically to address the meta I play this deck in. Cards like Viper's Kiss look like junk unless you're up against Olivia Voldaren and want to turn her into Dawn Gryff

Lots of tools, lots of answers - great deck if you want to win in a few turns, terrible deck if you're looking to make friends.
