Zoetic Cavern: The original version of this deck played
Endless One in the sideboard, and used
Coax from the Blind Eternities to put it into your hand. There are two main reasons I switched to
Zoetic Cavern:
Thoughtseize and similar effects, as they could get rid of the
Endless One but do absolutely nothing to stop Cavern; and also, drawing two copies of
Coax from the Blind Eternities create a dead card, while two
Zoetic Cavern either gives you an extra creature or extra land.
Chandra, Torch of Defiance + Ugin, the Spirit Dragon
: The second combo with Possibility Storm after Emrakul, the Aeons Torn + Zoetic Cavern
. Both of these planeswalkers were chosen for their ability to win games out of nowhere. Ugin, the Spirit Dragon is obvious, as storming into him and wiping the board can win the game on the spot; however, Chandra, Torch of Defiance is the real star, as there have been games in which I cast Chandra before having Possibility Storm out, and won because my opponent couldn't deal with her.
Desolate Lighthouse: This card isn't that unusual, as other Blue Moon lists run it, but it is notable here because it lets you discard Emrakul, the Aeons Torn to shuffle it back into your deck.
Expedition Map: This card has two uses: Searching up Zoetic Cavern for the combo, or Desolate Lighthouse to pitch an Emrakul to get it into your deck.
