Thanks to the feedback if everyone, particularly hellhole, some changes were made to more heavily center the deck. Still trying to fit chain of vapor, but so far defense grid replaced lab maniac and holds in strong against control decks similar to ours. We swapped islands for fetches adding a gitaxian probe over ponder to more efficiently filter the deck. We added tolarian winds over arcane denial as once we paradigm shift we can then tolarian winds to discard our hand and draw up prior to activating Jace giving us a much more solid win condition. Early game it is also huge as it let's us selectively get rid of pieces that might not work in our hand with our current match up. I really appreciate the feedback from everyone and again, big thanks to hellhole for pointing out cards I had overlooked and cuts I was too stubborn to make lol

alias42 : While the all islands idea is fun, it relies on being a sitting target every turn. With no way to interact with your opponents, it becomes play commander turn 4, no one responds? Ok, we then have 2 attempts on turn 5 to win. But.... how do we stop another combo deck? What do we do against aggro decks should we need to keep Jace alive? It is a difficult balance, but I would gladly put this list up against the other land lists as i am just able to push out control pieces more efficiently.

jace can't be your commander. Although he is legendary, only creatures/ planeswalkers that say they can be your commanders can do so

OMNATH_OMNATH_OI_OI_OI This is for the format Oahbreaker, where planeswalkers are your generals. I understand the confusion, please look into the format and enjoy ^.^

Nillstan I think it gets confusing seeing the deck show up in the commander features. Also, some people are being passive aggressive trolls as well so there is that lol but either way I will take the feedback and suggest that sadly, Arcanis is not legal as a commander in my format Ladyrose666

Ladyrose666 Well thank you for your criticism, yet again sadly your idea is not legal in the format the deck is listed under. By all means though, please read up on the Oathbreaker format and submit some ideas, the community is looking to grow and can use more deck builders ^.^ best of wishes and remember, no legendary creatures in this format but planeswalkers hahah ^.^

Couldn't you do the same thing faster if you used 58 lands and either Treasure Hunt or Mana Severance as your signature spell?
