I'm not naturally a Gruul player, but sometimes I just want to cast some huge creatures and see what happens...

I'd initially tried to build an actual Gruul-themed deck, but as with many of my attempts to do this sort of thing, it didn't quite work as well as I'd have liked (however, I am very pleased with my Orzhov-themed deck). So I sort of melded it together with a R/G Standard deck that I'd had around BFZ time, and have been tinkering with it since!
