Helm of the Host, Elemental Bond —Oct. 7, 2019
I just recently took out Helm of the Host and put in Burgeoning since the Helm takes 9 mana to cast and equip, and it’s too often been a dead card in hand (I’ve maybe only really gotten to use it twice over dozens of games). Burgeoning works much better as either turn 1 drop, or when paired with Life from the Loam (or whenever I end up playing it, Omnath is on board, and I have spare lands in hand).
I’m going to make space for Elemental Bond as a card draw engine with Omnath. Play land, get 5/5 Elemental token, draw a card.
