The main aim of this deck is to get out omnath as quick as possible then start to play lands quickly. The tokens that omnath creates are the main force of everything in the deck. As omnath bolts either the opponents creatures or them.

The strategy in the deck

  • Omnath + Amulet of Vigor + Perilous Forays

This is a source of damage that is only limited by the number of basic lands in the deck. A concern about this is the number of basics that omnath needs to be summoned limits the number of time this can be used

  • Omnath + Rites of the Raging Storm + Warstorm Surge + Where Ancients Tread

This is a similar idea to the strategy before with a single lightening ranger dealing up to 15 damage to a target the dealing an extra 3 at the end of turn.
