Landfall was the mechanic that got me into Magic the Gathering. When I was introduced into Commander, I found a home with Omnath. So when Zendikar Rising was announced and Omnath, Locus of Creation was revealed, I scrambled to figure out how I could upgrade the deck to include his new color.

This is the current result. A mostly budget friendly list containing all the things Landfall, which turned out to be somewhat of a Token Deck. Many of the cards here create Creature Tokens that can add up very, very quickly. Adding on Landfall triggers that draw cards, make creatures stronger, deal damage, gain life, take opponent's creatures, and even mill cards, and we have a recipe for success.

Fetch Lands are not present mostly because I cannot afford most of them, so we have the next best thing with Evolving Wilds, Terramorphoc Expanse, Myriad Landscape, Krosen Verge, and Fabled Passage. Bounce Lands are here to combo with Retreat to Coralhelm and Sakura-Tribe Scout to generate as many Landfall triggers as we want. Field of the Dead gets spooky quickly as 25 of our 35 Lands are unique in name, giving us an army that way, while Scute Swarm becomes a real force to contend with.

Overall, the deck works very well. If there are any suggestions to make it run better, I would love to hear ideas! For now, though, thank you for taking the time to look over this avalanche of Landfall.
