Olympic running but everything's on fire (Modern MTG Deck)

Classic mono-red aggro burn. I wanted to make a deck using Ball Lightning and Spark Elemental to attack really fast, as well as to take advantage of Infernal Plunge. Monastery Swiftspear also fits in because of all the burn and is often a better turn one play than Goblin Guide. Usually wins on turn 5, sometimes 3, 4, or 6 goldfishing. The worst I have had goldfishing is turn 9 and the best is turn 3.

Any and all advice is welcome!
