Oloro is a very lazy commander. He REALLY doesn't want to get out of his chair. Furthermore, he doesn't abide other creatures on the battlefield who might threaten his position, even on your own side! Thus, Oloro has defended his position with layers and layers of oppressive enchantments that protect him from upstarts and usurpers.

As is typical of a pillow fort strategy, you're going to want to dissuade your opponents from swinging in. This is challenging, as you'll be guaranteed to gain life every turn, but your position tends to stabilize after a few turns. Early on, you'll have annoying disruption like Authority of the Consuls, Blind Obedience, and Overburden. Mid-game, you should really be able to hammer in your position with enchantments like Humility, Smothering Tithe, and No Mercy.
