This is the first deck I have ever built. I built it using cards I already had, some I found in booster packs, and buying as few as possible on a low budget. Basic strategy is just to use Oloro, Ageless Ascetic to win by gaining life. For this to work, there are 2 alternate win conditions: Approach of the Second Sun and Felidar Sovereign. This deck also has a lot of card draw and some tutors to be able to get to those win conditions. If you decide to go with Felidar Sovereign, then I would use Oketra's Last Mercy to get my life back to 40. This deck also has a sort of control-ish attitude, making sure your opponents can't do any specific shenanigans and that you can get to those win conditions just fine.
