This is all about the wise Oloro, who is sitting on his island. He loves to gain and pay life and to extort. He is accompanied by a bunch of great creatures and loves to draw cards. He is so cool and orzhov-like, that he needs no boring countering at all. And yes, it is a Necropotence deck without this card, but tripple black is too hard to cast and with Oloro it is too powerful.
