This deck aims to stall out the early game with pillowfort cards like Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, Solitary Confinement and the like, then make tokens with Daxos the Returned, Sigil of the Empty Throne, Ajani's Chosen or Skywise Teachings, or animate all your enchantments with Opalescence or Starfield of Nyx and swing with an army.

The Three Part Plan

  • The Pillowfort

This deck wants to start the game off with Ghostly Prison, Citadel Siege choosing the dragons ability, or Propaganda. If you can Copy Enchantment one of these, it helps a bunch too. A couple Leylines don't hurt (you) either. Another important part of this step is ensuring that you are hexproof. Aegis of the Gods, Leyline of Sanctity and Ivory mask ensure that you can't be targeted by spells or abilities. You could play Solitary Confinement at this point as well, but since you lose your draw and have to discard a card to it every turn, it's usually correct to wait until you have a draw engine going. It is also a good idea to play Myth Realized if you have it. Don't forget that Oloro, Ageless Ascetic gains you life just by sitting in the command zone.

  • Be Ruthless

Ajani's Chosen, Lethal Vapors, Painful Quandary. Cyclonic Rift. Blow things up if you have to. At this phase of the plan, you're proving that you aren't someone you opponents want to mess with. Rhystic Study lets you draw cards whenever your opponents cast spells unless they pay (Copy Enchantment may have found it's best friend). Skybind will blink stuff whenever you play enchantments, while Nevermore locks up your opponent's commanders. Greater Auramancy is the best way to protect these enchantments, and if you land a Sphere of Safety you're safe. Doomwake Giant has boardwipe potential, and Daxos can make surprise blockers for anything that can slip past your fort. Zur the Enchanter can fetch any missing fort pieces. Leyline of Anticipation lets you do all of this at instant speed. Karmic Justice will teach your opponents not to destroy your stuff, and Aurification freezes anything that manages to hit you. Wrath the board as you see fit. You should be at at least 100 life by this point.

  • The Win (Part 1)

This deck has two wincons. Both are very similar. First of all, you can beat down with tokens. Bitterblossom tokens, Daxos tokens, cat tokens from Ajani's Chosen, or angels from Sigil of the Empty Throne, whatever works. If you played Myth Realized on turn one, that's probably huge by now too. Get in with those tokens and get the kill(s)!

  • The Win (Part 2)

The other way this deck can win is by landing a Opalescence or Starfield of Nyx and beating your opponent's faces with your enchantments. Leyline of Anticipation is really helpful here, as you can wait for the blue player to tap out, and cast opalescence in response. Opalescence and Starfield make your enchantments into creatures with power and toughness equal to their CMC, so you've got some pretty beefy creatures now.

The Sneaky Win

Those of you who have keen eyes may have noticed a copy of Aetherflux Reservoir. In truth, this is how you get the most efficient kills, since Oloro nets you two life a turn just by sitting in the command zone. The Resevoir is an auto include because of the immense lifegain this deck is capable of.
