My buddy who is new to mtg picked up the Hour of Devastation starter deck and really enjoyed the theme of it. He asked me to work into it a bit, but keep in his favourite cards. This is the result of an hour or two of messing around!

this deck is designed to optimise the use of Wildfire Eternal by working in some huge cost, huge effect spells. everything else supplements that game plan to either produce mana to hard cast said overpowered spells or deliver the Wildfire Eternal a clear path to use it's ability.

Any ideas on improvements are quite welcome!
