Ah Olivia Voldaren, a mesmerizing creature to be sure. For if you don't find her to be, she will easily captivate your mind with the slightest prick and you'll be enslaved to her will. You may break free of her when she's away from you, planeswalker, but her essence will forever permeate your veins until she requires you're service again. She may even make you a deal with the demons that you may never return from. And if neither of these you feel work for you, then she'll simply delight in torturing you, draining your stamina and not allowing it to recover. This dark mistress is one that isn't to be taken lightly.

This Commander/EDH deck isn't designed to be a game winner right out the gate, but it is designed to have fun while torturing the rest of players at the table. Will someone be able to remove the demonic pact before it becomes the ownership of some unlucky soul? Is the number 13 your unlucky number?

The mana base does need a bit of work of which I am aware of but haven't had the chance to modify it for the better. As I've said before in my other Commander build, it's a format that I play for fun. It's not about winning, it's about the enjoyment of the game with others.
