Quick Description

This deck relies on being able to very quickly drop damage dealing creatures with the use of madness, and pump them up with Olivia, Mobilized for War/Drana, Liberator of Malakir/Senseless Rage. The basic strategy is obvious, get out creatures and swing with them, use Lightning Axes and Fiery Tempers to get rid of pesky blockers or nightmare creatures. Use Olivia, Mobilized for War to drop hard hitting creatures with haste, and win.

Card Rundown

• Falkenrath Gorger is a 2/1 drop that gives all your vampires madness. He is great in this deck as he gives Drana, Liberator of Malakir, Falkenrath Gorger, Heir of Falkenrath  , Insolent Neonate, Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet, Olivia's Bloodsworn, Olivia, Mobilized for War, and Ravenous Bloodseeker madness.
• Heir of Falkenrath   is the best black uncommon and debate-ably the best uncommon printed in this set. She is a 2 cost 2/1 with discard a card and transform into a 3/2 with flyer, and an essential for madness decks with black.
• Olivia, Mobilized for War is your best friend in this deck. She is not only a madness outlet, but she is what makes this deck great. She lets you discard when playing a creature to put a +1/+1 on that creature, and give them haste, and since you most likely have a Falkenrath Gorger out, you can them pay for that creature's madness cost.
• Asylum Visitor in this deck you will be discarding, and you will discard a lot...... Quite a lot... So Asylum visitor helps you get an extra card at upkeep, and possibly your opponents upkeep.
• Tormenting Voice is an obvious choice for the same reason stated above. No need for debate on this one.
• Insolent Neonate same as Asylum and Tormenting, plus he is a discard outlet, and chump blocker.
• Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet is your late game answer/removal bait. He can be very scary if unanswered, especially with an Olivia, Mobilized for War and/or aDrana, Liberator of Malakir on the field. He has lifelink to bring you back, and can flood the field. If your creatures are blocked, just sac them to give him +2/+2.
• Olivia's Bloodsworn is a debatable choice. Being a 2 cost 2/1 flyer that can give haste. It sounds good, but isn't a necessity, he is more of a crutch for when you can't get an Olivia, Mobilized for War out, and you have a Drana, Liberator of Malakir in hand.
• Lightning Axe is a great burn card to clear the opponents field so you can swing with your non flyers. It can also help destroy a big enemy and bring in another blocker due to madness and the fact that you have to discard a card.
• Fiery Temper is just a lightning bolt when discarded, an obvious choice. The card can be used to burn your enemies health or destroy creatures. I would save these for your enemies creatures. Hold onto for when you need a discard or you get your opponent very low. If you just need a discard and this is the only card you have, and you don't have a target, don't be afraid to discard it and target the player.
• Incorrigible Youths's are an ok card that are a 3 cost 4/3 with haste. Why are there only 2? They are 3 cost without flying, and potentially a 5 cost if you for some reason can't discard. After 3 mana, you will want most of your creatures to be flying. This card can be a great surprise blocker as well as an attacker. Always play him early if you have none of the other 3 drops. He will, although, be a great removal bait as he is a 4/3 with haste that your opponent will either HAVE to block or cast an instant on, otherwise they are taking WAY too much damage. He is good enough to be in this deck, but no more than 2.
• Ravenous Bloodseeker is a great 2 drop madness outlet that can pull off some amazing combos if done right (see below).
• Senseless Rage is a damage step drop that can be dropped to massively pump up damage. Heir of Falkenrath   unblocked? Discard this card and make her go from dealing 2 to 5. Do this for any of your creatures.

Possible Combos

• Ravenous Bloodseeker can go from a single point of damage to 11 damage. How? Senseless Rage. He is the biggest reason I run them. Sure your opponent will let him go unblocked knowing that you will pump him to 3, but what they dont know is you have 2 Senseless Rage in your hand and 4 mana. No blockers declared? Discard Senseless Rage and attach to Ravenous Bloodseeker. He is now a 5/3, discard another Senseless Rage, he is now a 9/3, still have a card in hand? Discard it, you now have a 11/1. Now watch as your opponent regrets letting you swing.
• Olivia, Mobilized for War to Drana, Liberator of Malakir: Imagine it is turn 4, you played your Olivia, Mobilized for War turn 3, You have out her and a Olivia's Bloodsworn. You play Drana, Liberator of Malakir, then discard to make her a 3/4 with haste, hopefully you discard a Fiery Temper and pay for it as well. You swing for 8 in the air, your opponent cant block flyers, since Drana, Liberator of Malakir has First Strike, you go from dealing 8 damage to dealing 10 since she pumps all attacking creatures when she deals damage. Now assuming you burned the enemy for 3 and hit with Olivia's Bloodsworn on turn 3. Your opponent will have taken 15 damage!

Discussion

I have seen the effectiveness of Insolent Neonate debated, but I have to argue that they are very useful in many ways. They can be free damage due to menace, a madness outlet, a free draw, and a lifesaver. Due to being aggro you will likely be attacking fast and early, but when your opponent starts throwing out scary creatures that you need to hand, Insolent Neonate is your hero. You can chump block that large damage then discard a Fiery Temper targeting another creature and prevent nice amounts of damage whilst drawing a card. I find effective enough to keep, mostly due to the need to draw cards a problem with this deck.

Sideboard (Needs Help)

The sideboard is still being modified for the meta.

Sideboard in Insolent Neonate and Tormenting Voice for draw. Macabre Waltz Alms of the Vein against control. Ruinous Path against those pesky planeswalkers. Dual Shot against those aggro/1 toughness/token heavy decks. Your opponent not blocking or playing many creatures? Sideboard in Some Ravenous Bloodseekers and Senseless Rages and try to get the most out of them. Transgress the Mind added to deal with that pesky Archangel Avacyn  . If someone has 5 untapped mana and you know they have her, don't you wait to get rid of her.
