Chulane, Teller of Tales is a generically good commander. With built-in ramp and card draw, he is an engine for a deck all on his own. But how do you win?

My thought with this deck is that Bant is one of the best color combinations for value creatures, and Chulane wants you to play creatures. However, what if instead of just good ETB effects and making yet another Panharmonicon deck, the deck focused on flash creatures instead?

About 3/4 of the creatures in the deck have flash and some relevant ability, like deathtouch on Ambush Viper to surprise a creature attacking you, Mystic Snake to counter spells, or more tricksy things like Crafty Cutpurse to steal tokens, Alms Collector to steal card draws, Containment Priest to shutdown reanimation and flicker strategies, or Aven Mindcensor to destroy friendships by ruining a tutor or fetch land.

As for winning, God-Eternal Oketra can get you a bunch of 4/4 zombie warriors with vigilance … and maybe that could be good enough to win some games?

Otherwise, Craterhoof Behemoth would be the best option, but he's out-of-budget for me right now. Instead, Biomass Mutation and Mirror Entity can make your dorks into a colossal army. Leonin Sun Standard is okay as well. Mirror Entity is a repeatable effect, which is great, but Biomass Mutation is a great surprise attack. Opponents might not want to block a few 2/1s with deathtouch or whatever, and the way the deck works you usually want to leave up mana on your turn anyway, so you can potentially catch people off-guard by turning all your dorks into 10/10s after they've already chosen not to block.

The puzzle of this deck, to me, is what to do with all the mana. With nothing like Exsanguinate in these colors, this was the best idea I could come up with. I'd be interested in other ideas for mana sinks and wincons.
