Hello fellow reader and welcome to my deck.
I have a sentimental attachment to the card Arbiter of the Ideal and have always wanted to create a deck around it.
And now the time has finally come. I present to you: OH SNAP. He did NOT just tap that!!

The idea is to tap creatures for free with cards like Bramblesnap or Glare of Subdual and then get extra value out of it with cards like Grimoire Thief or the famous Arbiter of the Ideal.
The real deal however comes from the mana dorks (that can be used as tap fodder when you don't need mana) to ramp into Arbiter of the Ideal and then use Congregation at Dawn (wich can be sued to find the arbiter in the first place) to set up some sweet free creatures, from a maybe needed Daring Thief to the game winning Emrakul, the Aeons Torn herself.

Anyway this deck is not really finished and still in the process of testing. If you have any ideas on how to tweak the deck i would gladly hear them.
I especially need help with:
-cheaper tap fodder that has good effects. Grimoire Thief is one of the best, but he is , making him hard to cast early.
-A better mana-base. I am just really bad at building land bases so suggestions would be welcome.
-a lower curve in general. Just a way to flatten it down without destroying the deck.
